Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Step 2: Drizzle some oil into a big pan and set it over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through, once the pan is heated. Take the patties out of the pan and set them aside.

Step Three: Melt the butter in the same pan over medium heat. After a few minutes, stir in the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms; continue cooking until the onion is softened and the mushrooms are browned.
