New dessert in minutes! I cook this dessert almost every day!

500 g cookies (17 oz)
120 g sugar (1 cup)
60 g cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
10 g vanilla sugar (1 packet)
250 ml milk (1 large cup)
150 g butter (2/3 cup)
220 g peanuts (120 g + 100 g) – 1 large cup

Crushing the Cookies: First, chop the cookies until fine crumbs are formed. You can use a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and mash them with a rolling pin.

Prepare the Cocoa Mixture: In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix them well.

Heat Milk and Butter: Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until the butter is completely melted. Stir to combine.

Mix Ingredients: Add the cocoa mixture to the pot with the milk and butter. Stir constantly until everything is well mixed and a smooth chocolate mixture forms.

Add Crushed Cookies and Peanuts: Add the crushed cookies and 120g of peanuts to the chocolate mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Spreading Mixture: Grease a baking dish or tray with a little more butter or oil. Spread the mixture evenly on the plate and press it down firmly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Top with Peanuts: Scatter the remaining 100g of peanuts over the mixture and press them lightly to the surface.

Chill: Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert is set.

Serving: Once the dessert has set, cut it into squares or bars and serve. Enjoy your quick and delicious dessert!
