Creamy Corn Casserole
This very creamy and rich corn casserole has a smooth and luxurious texture thanks to the combination of cream cheese, butter, and cream. It's like a beautiful concert of corn!
Ingredients
- 3 cups of frozen corn
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped chives for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the frozen corn, cream cheese, melted butter, milk, heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir everything together until all ingredients are well mixed and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
