Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another medium mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and KELLOGG’S CORN FLAKES cereal. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, or until the cereal softens. Beat well.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until combined. Add the eggs and beat well.
Mix in the banana-cereal mixture and the chopped walnuts. Stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap with plastic wrap to keep fresh.
