Delicious Angel Beef Casserole
This hearty casserole is packed with creamy beef, topped with crispy tater tots, and makes the perfect family dinner!
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup melted butter
1 packet (1 oz) Italian dressing mix
7 cups frozen tater tots
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Make Creamy Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, melted butter, and Italian dressing mix. Stir until smooth.
Assemble the Casserole: Spread the browned beef in the prepared dish, pour the creamy sauce over the top, and arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
