Put one tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup. Cook in the oven for 12 minutes.
Place the flowers on a towel after taking them out of the oven.
To make the glaze, put powdered sugar through a strainer into a medium-sized bowl. Put lemon juice, lemon zest, oil, and water together and stir until the mixture is smooth. Dip the warm flowers into the glaze, covering them well.
Put flowers on wire racks with paper underneath to catch any drops. Allow the glaze to dry completely before serving or keeping in a sealed container.
*You can also sprinkle some pieces of candied fruit on top after applying the glaze.
