Swedish Meatballs with Creamy Gravy
Ingredients:
- For the Meatballs:
- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into small, round meatballs.
2. Cook the Meatballs:
