There will be fish tacos at the Great Lakes Kitchen! Today I'm going to teach you how to make Long John Silver's fake fish batter. Some tasty fish will be deep-fried in that LJS batter till it's crispy and golden.
Three quarters of a cup of flour, two teaspoons of cornstarch, and a quarter teaspoon of baking soda
the equivalent of 1/4 tsp of baking soda
Salt, half a teaspoo
The dry components should be sorted according to size.
Put the water in after that.
Coat chicken or fish fillets by tossing them.
Enclose the fish with a cover.
Deep fried till brown and crisp.
