Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

Preparing the Potato Cheese Sticks

  1. Boil the potatoes until they are soft, then drain and mash them in a large bowl.
  2. Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into stick-like pieces. You can make them thinner for extra crispiness or thicker for a cheesier bite.
  4. In a small bowl, beat the egg and set it aside.
  5. Place the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
